Default strength shoes

althought there are many doubts about strength shoes i have found them really good. i am a 6'4" sophomore and was born with abslutely no hops. part of this is because i have grown so much in the last 2 years but other than that i am real athletic but have no vertical activity. i am pretty good at ball but it was time to slam it down so i bought strength shoes because my friend had them and he has huge ups. before i used them i could hang pretty easily but could only dunk a smaller ball. after the first trial i was so sore that i couldnt walk the next day but after the soreness there was a huge improvement. now i am 3 weeks into the program and i can slam it pretty good so i would suggest this. the only problem is that i ended up buying a weight vest because it was hard for me to get sore anymore and the weight vest is where its at. i would get a XVEST because i have the 20 pound model and its plenty of weight. please comment
