Do anything you want but do a variety. Any good ball handling drill will help your handles. Id say tho to go for the 2 ball drills as those have the fastest results

i think you should do each drill for around 25-30 seconds without losing the control of the ball. once you can do a drill easily without looking at the ball, switch to a different serie of drill.

well it depends on the available time you have, if you want to do each drill for 10 minutes each then its up to you. But I suggest 30 seconds- 1min then rest then do the drill or another drill again

Honestly my handles suck and stink. I'm a shooter. So this summer I plan to work hard on my handles since I can't do vert training. I would do the better basketball drills one section a day for a week, each exercise for 3 minutes. After that I would work on some fancy moves and stuff.

Start off slow, start off with something you feel comfortable with first, they break it down into sections off handling like for ex: Fingertip Control, Or Grip, discover what your weak at and do the drills they have for your weakness, I have that DVD too and I'm about to watch it real soon because if I develop great handles then I would be evry hard to guard because I have a jumper now, thanks to watching some Kobe and Jordan and Better Basketball Shooting 1.

IMO 30 seconds is probably the best, because when in a game are you going to be dribbling for 10-20 minutes straight?
