Need Help making a schedule...
Ok i want to do a vertical program but i need help with a proper schedule.
I have team basketball practice on Monday,Wednesday and sometimes Thursday so it might be hard. When we are practicing we do alot of laps and defensive drills(we do defense currently more than anything else) so legs need rest. Im gonna be doing alot of plyos 3 days a week so whats the best 3 days to do them? Oh yeah were not doing any games anytime soon so i dont ahve to worry about that.
