need some help with VJB
Hey all, i've just bought the VJB. And im not so good in english, and i saw that there are a lot of reading, so i wanted to ask, should i try to read everything or i should start doin those excercises without reading all info? and one more problem fo me, i saw that there r few excercises fo example "begginers plyo workout, novice strenght, advanced" and so on.. so from which program should i start?
