Default Need help setting up my schedule

Ok guys, finals are this week, and I am 100% focused on them. But next week TOTAL freedom begins . SCHOOL WILL BE OUT!!!!!!!! And I'm going to start the Vertical Jump Bible (again :P) . And I KNOW I can do it this time, I even have this 100+ song playlist made to pump me up. I'm going to have access to a basketball court 24/7 and access to a gym in the early hours of the morning. I plan on waking up everyday no later than 7 AM in order to train as much as I can. Here are some factors I have to take into account:

- I will most likely have basketball training from 6-8PM at a Basketball school Mon-Fri

- I plan on doing begginer pylos with bodyweight mixed in

- the Gym is available from 5AM to 9AM

- My current vert is around 24 inches

- I am 14, 5'11, 145 pounds

Any help on planning a 7 week schedule? The goal of all of this is to not only become more physically fit, and become a much better basketball player, but to get a bit more self esteem :P

I think it is hard to train VJB after you played basketball, because your legs will be tired.
When you go to the gym you should train your upper body, because being stronger allows you to take hard fouls and still scores.

Take out beinnger plyos, you are going to overtrain yourself because you get enough plyos from 2 hours basketball everyday, unless your basketball training has really really low intensity.

Yeah, maybe I should take the pylos out, since the training is kinda tough. But, at what time of the day do you guys think I should perform the bodyweight program?

I don't think it matters much, but I remember that it's better to work out at 7-8 in the morning or at noon or at night because we release most hormone at those time period, I don't know if I remember it right or if it's true, I read it from tvp.
