Default Guys i'm getting really serious and need ur help

k ppl i'm really getting serious about my game
after 3 weeks i'll finish my fuckin exams and will be
offseason and off everything but basketball and have full acces to gym and court for about 2 months
in this 3 weeks i'll put a weight belt with 10% of my weight wish it help after that i'll start vjb novice stage and will be like this note i'll make this at nearly 9 a.m
saturday:vjb novice plyometrics
sunday:vjb novice bodyweight
monday: plyo
tue:bodyweight
wed: plyo
thur:bodyweight
friday:rest

i have some question plz answer it
1-is this over train ?
2-should i make both in same day?
3-wat the best days to do i mean if days can i combine or this is good combine?
4-wat food to eat in this duration i mean decrease eat something and increase eat or drink something (in the gym there is fresh juice )
5-can i play basketball at the evening i mean after i go home and have some rest can i go play bball and play at plyo days or bodyweight days ?
6-i'll make some upperbody trains too like triceps and biceps and benchpress wat days to do this and ow many days ?
7-can i increase during this period my vert with 5 inches ?
my vert stand or run don't exceed 15 inch
NEW QUESTION just added now 8-can i start from the novice level with this vert or should i begin from beginner phase

i know alot of things but i'll try my hard and if there any tips while train or hints plz say

yes this is hugely overtraining. do them both on the same day, but plyos in the morning, and weights later at like night time.

sunday , tue ,thur : plyos morning + bodyweight night

k for the rest, try eating carbs and proteins, play a bit of basketball on off days. if u feel sore, dont play. 4 upperbody, do it the same day as plyos and weights. and for ur vert depends. i think u might be able 2.

so plyos and bodyweight and upperbody same day it might sound crazy
but it ok

yea you should do your vjb workouts on the same day. But I would do my upper body on one of the rest day(s) because that will take you hours to do, and if your getting serious about your game then you need to do dribbling and shooting drills a couple times a week, it will help you out a lot.

i'm going to play bball in the rest days like shooting and increase dribbling skills and post moves and finishing and fitness like sprints i think i'll do upper body 2 times a week in the rest

guys a friend say to me since my vert is low i can in this 2 months make the first 8 weeks of air alert will help better then go change to vjb novice is this right
