It's been just over 3 weeks I think and I'm on my second bottle..haven't noticed any increase in explosiveness but I do lift more at the gym as youd expect from creatine supplement. Doubt its down to the supplement directly because I've had a good few gym sessions since got back from holiday.
Also whats better when doin the functional isometrics displayed in the vertical project? Pulling against the pins with no weight on the bar, or just holding the max weight loaded on the bar like bodybuilders?
