Default Question About VJB and Air Alert

Ok to start off i am17 years old 6'5" and weigh 175 lbs.
My standing Vertical is 24-25 inches
My running vertical is about 23-24 inches
I have mostly been a Weightroom type of guy but i want to increase my vertical for bball season next year.
My max sqaut is approximently 240 lbs last time i checked
I own both VJB and Air Alert

Ok here are my questions
1. I would really like to increase my running vertical because right now it is lower than my 2 legged standing vert which would be better Air ALert or VJB?
2. For my perdicament i need to do plyometrics and a small amount of strength training so would the Novice Plyos program combined with the BOdyweight strength program wirh VJB give me the best results? (I won't have a weightroom for strength)

Also for the users of these programs could i get some results for your amount of training time?

Thankyou for any help

1. VJB
2. NOivce plyos + bodyweights work great, but if you didn't train before, I suggest you do beginner plyos first, just like what I did last year, then move on to novice. But if you have good base, novice is fine.
3. I gained about 3-4 inches from beginner + bodyweight. I can't tell you how many I gains from novice + bodyweights coz I just stopped training because of my knees.

well i have done a good bit of training without really meaning to such as box jumps ladder drills and such during lifting using our schools football program and since my legs are a little more developed i figured i could go to novice and skip beginners plyos

hmm another question for you guys.

Do you think it would hurt if i only do the first 7 weeks or air alert just to get my body used to jumping and gain some endurance than go to VJB?

do vjb, it will already help your endurance in the first weeks. Do not attempt to do air alert
