k ppl i'm really getting serious about my game
after 3 weeks i'll finish my fuckin exams and will be
offseason and off everything but basketball and have full acces to gym and court for about 2 months
in this 3 weeks i'll put a weight belt with 10% of my weight wish it help after that i'll start vjb novice stage and will be like this note i'll make this at nearly 9 a.m
saturday:vjb novice plyometrics
sunday:vjb novice bodyweight
monday: plyo
tue:bodyweight
wed: plyo
thur:bodyweight
friday:rest
i have some question plz answer it
1-is this over train ?
2-should i make both in same day?
3-wat the best days to do i mean if days can i combine or this is good combine?
4-wat food to eat in this duration i mean decrease eat something and increase eat or drink something (in the gym there is fresh juice

)
5-can i play basketball at the evening i mean after i go home and have some rest can i go play bball and play at plyo days or bodyweight days ?
6-i'll make some upperbody trains too like triceps and biceps and benchpress wat days to do this and ow many days ?
7-can i increase during this period my vert with 5 inches ?
my vert stand or run don't exceed 15 inch
