Default Workout Program

Hi
I am stopping athletic advantage. I find a couple of the exercises in the weight lifting to be advanced so I am going to stop for a while and do a muscle mass gain program. Does anyone know of any muscle mass gaining programs I can do that are free? I am 6'3 and 140lbs so I obviously need to gain some muscle. Thanks.

You want power not mass. Being big and bulky is worthless if you aren't strong. So I recommend a program you will build both mass and strength on and I have used it also.

Download the e-book and read it then start lifting
