Post your entire weeks workout otherwise we have no idea what you mean by "training"

I dont think its overtraining as long as you train different part of the body. Like if you train your lower body 3 days and you train your upper body the 3 others day, its ok. Just dont do 6 days training on your lower body to jump higher. That would be overtraining

6 days is too much.
5 days is too much.
4 days is just about OK but 3 is better.

yeah i would say 3 days a week...weights is extremely important unless ur a pro ur not strong enough but to maximize those gains you need to do plyos too

I think it's ok. Just try it, you would know when you are overtrained. REMEMBER: YOU GAIN ONLY WHEN YOU REST, NOT WHEN YOU TRAIN.

I'm going to repeat myself here but so what.

6 days is waaaaaaahaaaay too much.
I play at a high level in England, i know it doesn't sound too impressive but i think you'd be surprised, but i still only train 3 - 4 days a week. The trick is to vary what you do based on the time of season not to train ridculously hard and kill yourself doing it.

Think about it if you train 6 days a week and also have a game that week. You will soo not be doing anything for the next 3 weeks. you'll have injuries all the over the show. Anyone who tells you different is being stupid do not listen to them.
