Default for ppl who do vjb or read it

i read vjb when i really get confused there are 2 beginner one is plyometrics and the second is bodyweight

question : do i have to do both or one i need the 2 feet jump or stand jump

and if both do i do evry1 in differ 3 days like the first sat mon wed and sun tue thu

and last question is there any train i add weights while train or with my wieght

you have to do the program that fits with your level. You will be the one to decide and explore which type of jumper you are either 1 legged or 2-legged. I think you should do plyos and leg strength training on separate days. You can either choose the bodyweight strength training or the ones that require weights.

For best results do both on the same day. Do 2 legged unless otherwise stated. Use your own bodyweight for the plyos and bodyweight program.

2 answers for now one say 2 at same day one say differ my question i know i'll start from beginner the first phase but i found 2 beginner one plyos and other bodyweight i was asking wat the differ of both and do them separate days

i mean there is 2 beginner at the vjb one is called plyometrics and other is bodyweight and each one has different trains i need to increase my 2 legged jump the stand jump wat i have to do plyometrics or bodywieght or intermediate weights + plyometrics program(focs on strenght) thats all

Ok, I think you mean that there is 2 programs.

Bodyweight and Beginner plyos

Your asking if you should do plyos and body weight and if you should use weights?

if thats your question no you don't need weights and yes do both programs.

you can do on the same day or different days
