TVP uses Jumpsoles for an exercise called Superhops, if you read carefully, Luke Lowrey says and warns you that you must be strong enough to do it and you should only use it as a SUPPLEMENTARY exercise, meaning you should not be doing it by itself. It has bennefits once you plateaued your VJ or you can squat and deadlift more than 1.5x your body weight.

yo i also use jumpsoles religiously and i do get shin splints and pretty much only my left ankle cracks sometimes but it doesnt even really hurt. The gains that i get from jumpsoles are simply ridciculous but i do occasionally get shin splints and you said you found something to fix it and you gained like 5 inches from it, could you tell me what you did for this, 5 inches would be crazy for me was it stretching or something?
