hey guys i found a site that might help. i didn't have very much time to look through it, but you can look for yourself and see if you like it.

yeh this sites aights but by the looks of it it just got all the articles from bodybuilding.com, unles they are linked? nt sure but yeah its good info, also found on bodybuilding.com first,

That site is affiliated with bodybuilding.com, thats why the articles are the same.
