don't try to finish AA, i did AA4 only up to week8 and got worn out. NO benefits, maybe muscle endurance but not vertical. DO VJB!

different types of exercies have different tempos, depending on the purpose they serve and what your gaining from it.

Which days do you recommend me to do strength or plyos on? Both days or separate? Give examples of which days you suggest..

Do them on the same day, 2 days apart 2 times a week.

On different times or at the same time? For example plyos and strength in the morning or plyos in the morning and strength in the evening

U guys r sayin to do pylos in da mornin? If I have to go to schol does that mean doing them right after I wake up??? Will they even be effective if I do that?

So i will gain the most by doing the plyos and strength on the same day, plyons in morning and strength in afternoon? Right when i wake up or should i eat first and then do plyos?
