how do u know what type of stretching that he does. Anyway, i

prefer to do A.I.S. because you can not only do after you

activity, but you can also do it before it cause it increases

yiur perfor in the activity WHICH IS A FACT.Wthat should also

realize is that you should not do any "old school" stertches.

These stretches are:
-Hurdel stretches
-Front splits, lateral splits and groin stretches
-Hamstring pulls, toe touches (with feet apaprt or corssed)
-Walf calf sterches

All of theses streches put yoo much stress on different parts od

the body, which can lead to taers spasms and pain.

first of all i never said anything about static stretching before activity, i just suggested it would help seeing as though phenom is currently injured.

I myself have maintained my vertical for almost a year now with no training, just regular static stretching and basketball alone.

most of the stuff Coach Selby claims is down right bs as well

and the stretches you suggested in your last post are not static, they are dynamic

none of them will cause too much stress on the body unless you do them incorrecty, there is a certain technique to do them

any type of activity places stress on the body, our bodys naturally adapt to these stresses with training

if you disagree with my take on static strecthing, then so be it; your entitiled to your opininon, but your also contradicting one of the world greatest strength coaches in doing so-pavel t
