Default Access to a Gym...

Sup..

What the title says, I have access to my school gym for about a month and a half two times a week for about 130 minutes each week (split into a 50 minute lesson and a 100 minute lesson but it takes people time to get ready, warm up, waiting for the machines ect ect..)

And anyway was wondering if this is enough time to develop my vert? About 2-4 inches would be great more would be perfect!

My current vert is about 20" standing and 21" running how much do you think I could gain?

And could someone give me a realistic workout chart which will help alot (The school has most of the workout machines so it shouldn't really be a problem)

Thanks!

Yeah that should be enough time u just have to workout no breaks no bsing

also theres alot of thins u can do at home that dont require a gym or anything that are just as effective.

at one point i had a 40 inch vertical (long time ago)
and i got that and never had lifted a weight in my life

Is 130 mins a week for 6 weeks really enough?

Btw, I'm 5'9 with about a 20 inch vert and can sometimes get backboard, after these 6 weeks how much closer do you think will I be?

As Trillistic stated, you dont need a gym to develop your vertical, you can easily just develop it at home, I suggest you develop it at home.

If you are a beginner then I suggest you read the VJB, for the gym work, heres a link to help you with your upper body strength Bodybuilding.com - EliteAthleteTraining.com - Basketball Strength Training Workout!

Yeah I know about indoors can be more useful, I used Air Alert for 8 weeks and stopped because of people saying how bad it is, I got a decent 4 inch gain though.

Thanks for the information and help guys but I don't know if you understand, it isn't my choice to go in the weights room, it's the module we're doing in P.E and I'm in there anyway so I might as well do some working out on my legs to make them stronger, I was basicly asking if there was any specific workout plans that would help increase my vertical in those 6 weeks or should I just do upper and lower body workouts and use the most of the time in the weights room?

Thanks.
