No, are you kidding me? You would lose a huge amount of inches. They would weigh down your shoes so much, and it would be like jumping off a pillow.

they wont weigh you down because they are so thin and light
also it wouldnt be like jumping "off a pillow". they are not soft at all
wouldnt hurt to give 2 a try

i use one pair on my indoor shoes definitely feel more springy when running and its better for your shings and ankle..overall though dont think it gave me more than an inch

felt less fatigue though..could just be psychological but definitely felt springy

I agree. I have worn only 1 pair since like they came out cuz they would cost 60 sum $$ for two pairs. I feel less fatigue and my feet/ shins feel better after playing. Vert wise which is what their for I would say 3/4'' at most not much but I guess it's more than regular insoles. And in regards to the pillow convo lol they are so light thier flimsy when you take them out of the package. Thier made of spaceage technology rubber or sumthin like that is what it said when i got it but IMO if ur lookin for 3+ inches im guessin not gonna happen unless you have like two pairs and a really low vert

No, it wont. The reason they work is because it is like an extra spring that utilizes the power output from your jump prior to jumping. In simpler words, the stronger your legs are, the more benefits springbak will be to you.

actually the higher your vert, the more u gain. becoz when u have a higher vert, u go down quicker and harder. when u have a lower vert, u go down slower and less hard and most of the energy just fades away. where as some1 with a high vert uses the energy to go back up. thats why redsoxfan gained 3 inches, and u guys gained 1.
