Default walking on your toes

i heard from luke rthat walking on your toes is helpful. are u suppose to do it all day or what to strenthen ur ankles.

walking on your heels will help too(i forgot what muscles it wrks)

That's kind of similar to calf raise, which means it also strengthen your calves.

just walk with ur heels lyk half an inch off the ground. it strengthens ur calves. but walk on ur heels too. only walk on them for lyk 10 mins max, u will have well and truly felt a burn by then they strengthen the opposite muscle, the dorsi flexor i think.
