yea just recently I found out how good stretching is especially dynamic after a light warm up. also is try starting your run up about 20 feet beyond where you normally do and really try to get low and run fast.

Well its really a tough call. I found one site that has a supplement that may help. I heard this Growth-Flex V Pro product can help. I spoke to someone who took it and they said it took a bit of time but it helped them to gain height over time effectively as well as increase their jumping ability. Former NBA baller Grant Long endorses it

Dynamic warmup and mental training such as visualization works well.
