Lightbulb Am I overtraining?

Ok this is weekly schedule, I don't feel like I'm overtraining but I want your opinions too.

Sunday- Rest
Monday- VJB Beginner Plyo's in the morning, Dribbling and shooting program in the afternoon
Tuesday- VJB Bodyweight Strength in the morning, Dribbling and shooting program in the afternoon
Wednesday- Rest
Thursday- VJB Bodyweight Strength in the morning, Dribbling and shooting program in the afternoon
Friday- VJB Beginner Plyo's in the morning, Dribbling and shooting program in the afternoon
Saturday Rest

LOL, Any suggestions? Should I change my schedule?

You get best gains if you do it that way, that's absolutely not overtraining...

Yea. This is actually recommended in in VJB. For those who don't know why, this is because doing this gives you more days for CNS recovery. If you had 4 days of training, your CNS doesn't recover as well, which will mean less gains.

Krdballer, I think you should do both plyos and weights on the same day 2 times a week with 2-3 rest days (like Monday and Thursday, Tuesday and Friday, etc). You can do those dribbling drills on rest days as long as they are not intense.
