Default Knee Problem

Hi
In November I hurt my knee when I went in to make a tackle in football. I never hit my knee it just hurt probably from the pressure of the tackle. My whole knee hurt for a while and I went to the clinic and the doctor said it was nothing and that it would heal 2 weeks after football. I took 2 weeks off of football. By this time my knee didn't hurt but it did if I knelt down and then pushed myself forward while kneeling down on that knee. It is April now and I tried kneeling on my bed and then pushiong myself forward with that knee (basically pushing off with that knee and falling forward face first onto my bed). It didn't hurt as much as before but it still hurt moderately. Does anyone know what this is and should I get it checked by a doctor. I want it to heal so I can play football next year without hurting it again. Thanks for you help.

look man the best thing u can do is ice it every god damn day!! believe me man, i have had my ankle twisted twice, also had knee problems after (Knee Alert)..
and i just iced it everyday for like two weeks and the pain just disappeared so just give it a try.. and really just rest it and do some quad strenghting exercises to better support your knee..

Hi
What I mean is that my knee doesn't bother me. Only when I kneel down and push myself forward like I said it hurts. It doesn't really bother me much when I walk around. I just don't want it hurting when I play football and get hit so I want it healed and want ot know if anyone has ever had this and what they did if they had it. Thanks
