Ya using them when u train helps you reach your goal faster

When I tried my friends pair out my vert increased from 22" to 24.5"

Using Sprinkback got me 2-3 inches in vert. And now i could touch the rim..But now i cant touch it anymore..I use the same shoes to do my lifts..I dunno what happened but for some reason Im not getting the results anymore.
