no i dont, but i recomend you do

i static stretch, only because of my osgood schlatters syndrome

if i do dynamic stretch, i follow the routine straight out of vjb, and it takes about 5-10min for me

Just a question for u people who do dynamic stretching: Has it increased your flexibility?

Anyway, DONT DO STATIC STRETCHING!!!. It is bad for your muscles in the long run! Holding a muscle longer that 2 seconds is bad, just ask COACH SELBY. Instead of static stretching do Active Isolated Stretching (A.I.S).

VJB has a bunch of dynamic stretching exercises in the "Warmup and Stretching" section, just do them before plyos or running or balling, they take less than 10 minutes.
