Default After VJB's bodyweight strength training phase 4 is ok to stay there right

Seems like it's ok.

Apart from that without doing weight training at all is it possible for a VJ close or around 35"

I don't get what you mean. You mean can you have a 35 vert after bodyweight? But what's your initial vert?

My initial vert is 2 basketball heights around 16 inch

19 inches from vjb plyos alone, nah, that won't do it. You might gain that much if you add weights and do two twelve-week vjb programs.
