Simple. Your just a plain and simple 2-footed jumper. Like me.

Wow your 6' and only 132?

Look into doing plyometric exercises + strength-based exercises.

You dont need 2 take weight gainer man.

When u do weights u will normally gain body mass with tha muscle.

Lol im 5.5 inches smaller and i weight as much as you. But yeah your a 2 feet jumper like me and FortyPlus. So what you need is improve your reactive strenght with plyos. i dont think you would gain alot with Skipping rope

I disagree; he is most likely in need of serious strength training. Then he can think about fancy plyos and reactive training. That said he should continue with some light plyos and jumping to maintain movement efficiency and reactive ability.

Hater Aid - Improve your strength first and foremost. Do light plyos but that should not really be your primary focus. Any idea of what you can squat?

Find access to a squat rack. Learn to squat. You will get much stronger and your vertical will increase.

Being black in itself doesn't mean anything. You may be able to jump higher than white guys with bigger legs, but that may be due to many factors including relative strength levels, body structure etc etc.
