Default Need some help with catching

Everyday during the season i would drop some pass my coach would flip out about me dropping and i can always say my hands are sweaty but so are everyone else's lol, so i gotta get better at catching. my cousin said to tell my friends to throw tennis balls at random times at me but i know that wouldnt go well

anyone have any tips or things to do by myself with a basketball or anythin to get better at catching?

and my hand always gettin sweaty (i noe how it feels like to drop the ball in the game too and then the coach flip out haha* try use powder or wipe them on ur jersey or short and my coach said wipe that sweat under of ur shoes well hope that help and catch the ball

to strengthen ur fingers u get a bball and u put it at ur eye height and grab the ball with ur fingers and push it to ur other hand and vice versa do it as many times as u like, strengthens your fingers and gets a good grip of the ball. Also there are little balls the size of tennis balls but they have bumps on it so they bounce differently makes you react faster imrpoves your hand eye coordination.

tennis balls really help. another thing that may help it helped me alot was football. play wideout it really helps your hands devolop. or just simply go outside with one of your friends and play catch but try making difficult catches

well i used to have the sweaty hands problem, so now i just wear sweatbands on my forearms, and don't have that problem anymore. if your problem is coordination, then just get a ball and a wall and chuck the ball at the wall so it comes to you and you catch it. just keep doing this and it should help.

get one of those weird shaped reflex balls that people use for cricket, u wont know where its gonna bounce and then u gotta catch it. learn to juggle too, it would put ur hand eye coordination up heaps
