Default What is the best Vert Program (sorry but it had to be done)

Ok Thear are a ton of threads on this site called
"the best vert program" OR "wich program should i use" OR "wich program will work best for me"

well I will answer that last qustion right now

Thear is no 1 program that will work best for all people
Now if i where to leave it at that I wouldent be helping anyone

So im going to do my best to Explain This
Thear is no 1 program that will work best for ALL people
BUT
thear is A program that will work best for MOST people

Let me explain
MOST people will get better results from a Good program like
The Vertical Bible
The Vertical Project
OR
Athletic Advantage
AND
MOST people will not get very good results from a Half "A" program like
The Science of Jumping
OR
Go Up Strong

So the simply u will MOST LIKLY get good Results form a program that MOST PEOPLE get good results from

meaning if u choose a program most people get good results u will PROBLY get good results

so The whole point of the thread is to find the program That MOST people get results

So if u have had good results from a program vote for it and the program that most people vote for is PROBLY THE PROGRAM U WOULD GET THE BEST RESULTS FROM

now i know u could take like 10 min and find the program/programs that the most people get results from
but the simple fact is that most people are to lazy to do this THATS WHY THEAR ARE SO MANY THREADS ASKING THE SAME QUESTION

so vote and hopfully this will get rid of a lot of usless threads

DONT JUST VOTE FOR A PROGRAM BECAUSE U HEARD IT WAS A GOOD PROGRAM
ONLY VOTE FOR A PROGRAM IF U HAVE USED IT WITH GOOD RESULTS

Everyone is going to vote for vjb, even though most of them haven't even done it. I voted for it.I used it and got decent results.

VJB is a good cheap program, haven't really used any of the other programs.

I did my first workout of VJB and my vertical jump improved a bit today. I jumped higher on my first jump though the following jump results went back to normal. I think I will get decent results from it.

Oh yeah I just want to add to my answer. I never tried any other programs, so I can't really compare. It's just that I see obvious improvement from VJB.
