just bought vertical jump bible, need help

For those who have bought this program, i have a quick question. He says i need to open it up on the computer i want to use it on, and he mentions something about an ip address..

Does that mean it will only work on one pc? that means i gotta wait till i go back to school cause i didnt bring my laptop home for spring break
