TVP's dirty lil secret
well, i know im probably not ready for tvp but as i was reading it, it said something about an exercise that would get u 2-3 inches a week. He said it was true and everything. did anyone come across this and do it (im talking about the one with jumpsoles, and ankle weights). I wanna do it pretty badly, but i dont have jump soles. what can i use instead?

those are super hops,and u shouldnt do them when ure just a beginner at vertical training,but heres a site where u can sign up and get a ebook on how to make your own

ok
1) yes this does work but expect 1 to 3 inchesa week.
2) If you are not prepared for this program it may end your career as it stresses the achilles tendon and lower ankle joints alot.
so i reccomend doing tvp and an ankle training program before doing this program.

on top of that, i'd say you could use the side of a step instead of jumpsoles. stand on the step like you would when you do calf raises..except dont raise your calves =p

He's saying you stand with your tip toes on the end of the stair, so it mimics jump soles. This will not work though, because it is not stretching your achilles like jump soles, which is the point of the exercise.

much easier to use jumpsoles, they are pretty easy to make. u have to be pretty advanced with plyos to do these, plus u gotta follow the instructions closely, like stretching your achilles and using deep heat for 20 minutes. but u gotta understand, if u hurt ur acchilles tendon, then it will probably never get back to normal.

i was wondering, is thier any other way to make these because i dont have gym matting, or rubber cement.
