No i mean lower leg the calve achilles and shin and all the little foot muscles and I could be mistaken but all the info I read was that the lower legs provide the quick lift off the groung thats why one legged jumpers need especially strong calves shins & achilles tendon...tell me what you know cuz u might be right but thats just the way i understand it.

I don't think you can make the achilles tendon stronger, as it's not a muscle, it's a tendon. You can make it more flexible and elastic I guess.

Yes sorry I meant elastic but they can be weak to so it does get stronger but your right you wouldn't want to lift weights just for your achilles ya know lol
