ditch AA3 for VJB?
for air alert 3.i finished up to week 5 and noticed a 6 inch gain in my running vertical. But after completing week 5-7, I do not feel as explosive as before. When i jump it feels like i cannot give my full effort. I cannot get as high as 2 weeks ago. But when i tried jumping i wasnt stretched out. Im going to try again. If i cannot jump as high as i did in week 5 (now week 7), i know something is wrong. No im not injured, my legs are getting way stronger and muscular then before. So now the question, did i lose vert? or should i stretch out/warm up/rest and try again.
