Default ditch AA3 for VJB?

for air alert 3.i finished up to week 5 and noticed a 6 inch gain in my running vertical. But after completing week 5-7, I do not feel as explosive as before. When i jump it feels like i cannot give my full effort. I cannot get as high as 2 weeks ago. But when i tried jumping i wasnt stretched out. Im going to try again. If i cannot jump as high as i did in week 5 (now week 7), i know something is wrong. No im not injured, my legs are getting way stronger and muscular then before. So now the question, did i lose vert? or should i stretch out/warm up/rest and try again.

ok, stop aa. and do vjb. but wait 3 weeks before starting vjb. the reason u have lost vert is most likely because u havent got enough rest, so stop now. wait a few weeks and it will be up and then start vjb.

yea uprobaly jus need to take a week off and ull be jumping higher, i did air alert and got good gains to(never got hurt) but i took out squat hops

I would suggest stopping air alert (causes injuries) and switch to another, safer program that gives good gains such as VJB. You might also want to try out Athletic Advantage (not the pdf version that you get for free because it sucks). I ordered it and am still waiting for it to come in. It gets goods reviews almost everywhere.

nvm i rested up for a day and now it is better than before 1' higher than before without stretching out, my head will be hitting ceiling soon
