Default vjb quick question

ok so im about to finish the first phase today for novice weights and plyo so after that do i take 1 week off before doin the 2nd? or just keep on goin?

I'd say it depends on how your feelin, if you feel tired at all or less explosive take a week off or if you want to test to see any results you may have gotten rest up a little before you test so you can keep yourself motivated with the better results

If your not tired and don't want to test again I'd say keep goin and good luck

Yeah I wouldn't take one. The last week in each phase is easier anyways right? But like they said if you really need a break by all means take one, rest is important.

haha ok by the way i dont really have access to a leg curl machine anymore so in the book it says i can do glute ham raise so can i do it? or nah?

yeah, they prefer you to do glute ham raises but they say its allowed to be substituted for leg curls if you cant do glute ham raises, so yes, it's okay =p

ok take a week off, it doesnt matter how easy the last wek is, u may not feel sore or tired but it will benefit your body to have rest. as you guys go on with training, u will realise rest is the key.
