personally i think it's pretty pointless.. although I can shoot a medium range J with my left

only ever shoot layups left, sometimes hooks and from the block but no point shooting left any further than that.

i think its pointless as well....i mean if ur right handed then shot with right hand and if ur left then shoot with left....imo its a waste of time

some people can do it without practicing tho, i can. but its only handy if u jump up, ur right arm gets pulled down and so u shoot with ur left, or if u get injured, have free throws and have to use your left arm
