Vertical Project
It seems as though everybody hopped on the vjb bandwagon on this forum and trash tvp with every opportunity they get. I will agree that vertical project is a terrible product (cost $300) however as a program it's not that bad. I know many others who have just found the program and finished the program with some good gains.
So without the price and the hatred against Luke and his lies, what would you rank the PROGRAM among the other programs?
(and if your just gonna say vjb, then you really don't have to reply)

Re: Vertical Project
Well, as a beginner to plyometrics and vertical jump programs, The Vertical Project isn't made for people in my level of experience. Whereas, Vertical Jump Bible has a beginner, novice, intermediate and advanced program. People rank it lower (compared to VJB) due to the price and due to TVP"s inflexible program (You have to follow it to the letter). However, if you do have both (money and time as well as some prior training), TVP will be sure to give you results as well.
Besides, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. If they rank it lower than VJB, number 2 isn't that bad considering there are far too many jump programs out there. If you're complaining about people trashing TVP, try counting people who are trashing Air Alert. I think you'll find more people who would pick TVP over Air Alert.

ya i dont know just kind of ticked me off that everybody would just say vjb is the best without even reading it or even having some knowledge
anyway i don't think you have to follow tvp's every word like the time of the training and all that.
Honestly I believe all that is there so that when you want a refund then the company could just say that you had to follow everything and not gain to receive a refund.

Re: Vertical Project
The way i see it, for what i've read the main problem of TVP seems to be how hard is it for you to actually do the program (and i'm not talking about being tired or not being able to finish it, but more of the kind of equipment and free time you need to actually do it)
In VJB you have a lot more flexibility , and you can even train at home, something that you don't necessarily can do with TVP.. as far as i know you even need a swimming pool to do the program.
That kind of justifies the price: if you're going to pay 300 US$ for a program, you surely have the means to afford the "extra" costs of actually doing the program: your time (that's a cost), having access to a swimming pool (etc etc), or that's what they must think. In my case that's not true, if VJB didn't existed and there was only Air Alert and TVP, i would pay the 300 US$ (doing huge sacrifices) for the program, but it would be really hard for me to pay the extra costs.
TVP seems to be the last step of the training. That's why i'm focusing with VJB. I still have like 2 years of training. Even after dunking i will continue my training: The sky is the limit

Re: Vertical Project
wel i have just finished vjb novice weights and can finialy squat 2x my bodyweight, my school hoildays were about to start just after i finishd vjb so i thought with my extra time i would try ta do the first 2 weeks of tvp as i read a few (Honest) reviews of people doing tvp and some had gained 1-6 inchs in 2 weeks just from doing the legs so i thought i would give it a test ta see if i gain anything if i dont then i dont mind and ill just start my plyo but if i do i mite carry it on
