Can I get it from someone? I would love it! Thanks! And would it help me?.. I am pretty expierenced jumper.. I have a 37' vertical. I would like to get a 43' by November. Thanks!

yes is would most likely help you, they have programs for experienced jumpers. i would say that there is a high probability of you gaining 6 inches from it in eight and a half months.

have you done any exercice to get to that 37 inch vertical? Cuz thats a pretty impressiv vertical jump. How tall are you? anyway good luckto get to your 43 inches vertical.

Thanks! Ya I have a 37". Haven't really done anything.. I will prolly start this program next week. Or actually maybe today or this week. How much do you think I could possibly can from this program? I have until the beginning of november to get my vertical up. I'm 5'9. I can dunk. I already am doing weight lifting so I just wanna put in some plyometrics. Should I do beginning, novice, intermediate or advanced plyometrics? Thanks!

Sorry man i cant answer you cuz i didnt do the program myself but i will start it next week. i dont know what difficulty i will chose though
