I think he means a single workout.
There are many different workouts and so they take different amount of time to complete.
But in the first phase of intermediate strength focused program for me workout A normally took a little over an hour, Workout B normally took under 30 minutes and workout C usually took a little under an hour.
It really depends on how much you rest. To long is bad obviously but not resting enough you probably won't get the most out of your workout either.
If you're not sure how long it takes just do the workout and time it.

It depends on what program and even what phase you on. Plyos usually take less time than weights/bodyweights. For example, phase one of bodyweights take like 80+ minutes but some plyos only take 20 minutes.

For first workout of beginner's plyos I used about 40 minutes. For first workout of bodyweights I used about 2 hours or an hour and a half. I'm not too sure.
