That is interesting, i've also seen the best in their sport use visualization. Just visualize yourself doin your routine and makin em before you shoot. One great who used this was Arnold Palmer, same thing for golf swing and foul shots they are all about consistency

i shoot my freethrows the same every time, im 90% from the line. the most important thing is just to shoot it the same every time. you should be able to make free throws with your eyes closed, that way you know you are shooting it the same every time.

btw when i download the vertical project from basketball4422's site, what do i need to register for.

yeh i read that guys book a while ago, i think his record was like 6.2k in a row. there was some good info in there cant remember it tho.

jsut practice, if u hit em at practice should make no difference in games also try and shoot them alot especially at the end of practice cause it adds in the fatigue factor u feel in games.
