in lukes masterclass he talks to sean nathway and asks what he does to get his ab s, sean replies " i do everything" withl vertical leap it's you can't complain about working out 6 days aweek tvp, cause if it takes 6 days aweek to increase your vertical then do it if you want it, you know, also all works outs are not meant to comnprimise you, your not supposed to be tired it'sthe whole point
and vjb comprimises you badly

Wtf are you talking about? Was that even in english?
From the parts that were english, it doesn't take 6 days a week to increase vertical. TVP has way too much upperbody work.

Yeah
people are very lazy lol. If i could i would be in the gym six days a week doing tvp. (dont have a gym near me) Im not really athletic but would do whatever it takes to atleast play college ball if i could

It DOESN'T take 6 days in the gym to see results. It's not laziness, it's being intelligent with your training.
I don't know where people got the idea that TVP was the best program out there. Do you know anyone who has actually done it? IDC about the fake testimonials luke has on his site. At least with VJB, I know people who have gotten results from it. More days in the gym does not equal more results.

luke sprogram isn't fake ibet you haven't even done it, so don't go talking shit just cause you a vjb lover. and all of lukes work outs are meant to be uncomprimised on the body, meaning you don't get tired so you can do it six times a week, and ow do you know it has way to much upper body work i don't see your yuor college degrees so don't talk shit
and ive done tvp and went from dunking like once month to doing two foot two hand reverses and the same with one foot and i'm six foot and white, in australia and thats no fake testimonial, all in six months, just remember to rest. that is almost every onesset back,

Agree that more time spent in the gym does not necessarily provide greater results. There is some positive correlation up to a certain point, but after a while there will be diminishing and possibly negative returns. Everyone needs their rest. Also, some say that the more elite you are and the more intensive the training, the more rest that you need between training days.
I find the level of self-promotion a little discomforting in the TVP marketing. It is also really expensive - I assume that's why people think that it is the best program or the biggest rip-off. Personally, I have no view for or against it as I don't know what is in it. Interested in knowing how the training is organised though. From what I have seen of VJB training logs, that seems to be a sensible system. There's a decent general strength focused element to VJB which I guess helps the majority of people.

the training is all quick explosive and your meant to be explosive through out without tiring, meaning you stay uncomprimised and it caters to everyone hence upn number, why can't anyone who hasn't done the program keep an open mind, bluegreyhound has so i respect that but the rest of you are just uneducated jump on any band wagon haters, do the program first then hate and if your having problems with price talk to me i can help you out for like 10 bucks or not i don't care just stop hating please
