VJB first start wit beginner plyos/strength
u can try lik athletic advantage but dont do air alert

ok I agree I would just do vjb but if u relly just want a list of good exercises hears what I know

Weight lifting

Squats
deadlifts
single leg hyperextenshion

Plyo's

Deph jumps
step ups
altitude jumps ( be careful)


Thoes are some goodones

But I would do vjb if u are trying to desighn your own program dont u won't get results because u dont know enough about vertical

Can you explain what single leg hyperextensions are and step-ups? Or find a video on youtube? I looked but i dont really know what im looking for so it didnt help

Slh is way to hard to explain

But step ups are wheat u have a box about 12in high and u put 1 foot on it then step up forcfuly and swich feet in the air

Is Single Leg Hyperextension just this but with one leg?

Yes. you can also make it harder by holding weights

I think you get good results with VJB.
But if i do only plyometrics and no strenght or anything how many inches i lose in my gains? I mean where can i get most results, plyos or strenght training?

Why not just follow the program? Why would you want to do one or te other?
