besides vjb, tvp, athletic advantage, wat other programs would u recommend to get the best results?

thoes are the best ones I would reckomend one of thoes
but that wouldent answer your question would it becides thoes I would say that

Jump experts
and avr ( I haven't red this one yet)

Are good programs but I would still reckomend the 3 u said

Avr is athlets vertical recorce

About jump experts the first ones are audio intervews u will notice the end of the link says .Wav meaning its a audio file
but the last one has .zip at the end that is the ebook part

The audios are not so great
