Ok. Now we all know sick krossovers do involve foot work.
Anyone know any footwor exercises?

Also, I wanna' know how I can get my springs up.
I used to do 100 calf raises and squats 2 nights a week.
I can grab a 10 ft rim but its hard to dunk on it.
I can barely cuff the ball when I'm in the air... <=/
Also, I wan know whas da easiest way to kome up wit some creative moves

What is your vertical jump? and how tall are you? to get a higher vertical jump, you need a 100 good posts and then you can ask for a vertical jump progam like Vertical jump Bible or athletic Advantage.

cant solve your other problems but i can help you with palming a ball. you need to work your forearms, so go to a sports store and buy something that would train that. example would be that i bought a little ball thing that you sqeeze, and no matter what it always gives the same amount of resistance, no matter how strong your forearms are. after 2 weeks with using that like crazy i was able to palm a ball.
