Default Question on VJB

I'm plannin on startin VJB this week or next week and could someone clear this up?

I read through the whole VJB and i'm going to do novice weight training and beginner plyos, but at one point in the book Baggett says implement beginner plyos in last two phases of novice weight training. Does anyone reccommend doin the plyos with phases 1 and 2 of weight training also so you finish both programs together or just do phases 1 and 2 of the plyos with the last 2 phases of the weight training and then continue on with the plyos until you finish that program then take the week's rest?

-Thanks

I guess I would say do phases 1 and 2 of the plyos with the last 2 phases of the weight training. If we finished plyos your legs may be too tired.
