Default VJB question

I just got VJB and I read through it but I don't know which program to do. I have done quite a bit pylometric training and very little weight training. I don't wanna get hurt but I wanna do the one that will give me the most gains. Any suggestions?

Also how can you do squats if all you have are free weights?

You need to get a gym membership seriously, as you cant really do squats with free weights. Unless you just hold dumbbells in your hands i guess, but if you squat 225 it may be hard to hold two 100 pound dumbbells in each hand

i'd suggest just subtitute the squats for dumbell deadlifts then probably...

or go with bodyweight stuff like pistol squats etc. and hold dumbell for extra weight..

Novice plyos since you said you have done some plyos in the past.
