I think this works, I showed this to my university bio professor and he said nothing but good stuff about it. He also said you're going to have to workout to get gains, no matter what. But this might give you more inches of vert. I think the testiomonial thing is just for advertising, Because, well this hasn't been out for long at all. They need some sort of advertising to help them sell their product right?
just my point of view.

the fact is that it wont give u 10 inches vertical without doing any exercise at all. I think that it will add some inches to vertical if you use it with ur programm.
Just look at the ingredients that it contains lie "Kre-Alkalyn" and other good ones.
these ingredients should make ur workouts more productive
i will buy it and use it regularily to help with with workouts
