just keep practising its all about technique
on a net first i couldnt do a 1 handed dunk now i can do windmill
try doing som exercises improving grip strength so u can palm the ball

how many in. Did it take to go from 1 hand to windmill

im not sure i just kept dunking on that net and eventually i could do a windmill

Go up with 2 hands and then drop it in with 1 hand, watch how Iverson does it. He can't palm the ball either.
