Default Great Jump Programs

As you all can see this is my first post on this site. I would like to welcome everyone on this site in my first post aswell. Anyways, i would like to increase my vertical. Im wondering if there are any HOME WORKOUTS i can do so i can gain alot of inches on my VERT,and be able to dunk a net. So tell me some great home workouts i can do to get to my max vert. Thank you verymuch.

ok, welcome to sbt the best jump program u could use would be vertical jump bible.

I read the vjb and it seems kinda difficult
i am gonna try out the Athlete's Vertical Resource in a couple of weeks and see how i go with it

VJB(vertical jump development bible)has a bodyweight program u can do at home if u dont have access to wieghts

and if u have sufficient space to do a plyo program(it requires runnning/sprinting certain distances) u can also do that at home

and sebster do u own a copy of the athletes vertical resource?

I still recommend VJB. But maybe you want buy a mat because some exercises are kind of hard on your knees. You can definitely do VJB workouts at home.

If i were you I would do vjb or athletic advantage. Athletic advantage customizes your workout around you and they give a bodyweight program and a pool workout instead of weights. Here is the link to it:
