Default Thinking About Starting AA3

I know what you guys are gonna say but I ain't got none of the weights equipment or stuff like that. And I sure ain't got no gym membership.

I'll second that redsoxfan15...

Dude, you can't be serious...if you are not able to get to a gym, which is a sad excuse...then just do the bodyweight exercises and plyos...you don't need anything but time and room to do both...

well the thing with vjb is its filled with information as well, i dont know if AA3 is at all. so you get the full package. it has plenty of programs in it so you will find the right one for shure. get vjb

Download bolth and do aa3 but read alot of what vjb has to say cuz its got alot of good stuff in it.

I know but my job here is to help athletes even if it involves answering the same question everyday.

I know so many people that made a mistake and did air alert and now they are recovering from injuries.

read some of the threads we have written about how bad it is...
vjb has options without weights, plus its not hard to get a gym membership
