Default Help me get a six pack

Alright well I'd like to get an ab workout I can do each morning before I take a shower, here's what I'm looking at right now:

Abdominal Exercises - 8 Minute Abs | Abdominal Exercise Workout

or

YouTube - Ab Workout ( 6 pack abs )

Or another that you know of which works. I'm going to do this everyday throughout the summer, and I may just end up taking a picture of my abs each day at night to see the progress.

Yo, forget an ab program. Your abdominals are a muscle just like any. Take 1-3 days a week and workout your abs like any muscle - 10-12 reps with as much weight as possible. Eat your protein and this is going to help you build up that muscle. The hardest part is to have proper nutrition. Key to exposing that muscle is to get the body fat off which can be tough because a lot is stored on the stomach.

Ab Ripper X > ALL. If you do it with no breaks. and PROPER FORM it will kill ya im on it, doin it monday,wednesday and friday. ive seen results allready, im on week 2. Going to start the whole p90x program soon too, VJB in the morning and p90x will be great

You should also add cardio to your workout. You can do all of these ab workouts but you can't see those abs with excess fat over it? I use to do all kind of ab workouts and never got abs, then I started going running..started seeing results on the 3rd day..

eat healthy and do some cardio and some kind of ab workout and you
will start to see your abs

ok if u have gym acess, then it i really easy to get abs. do 2 sets for every exercise, with 20 reps, every other day with a medicine ball. first, do normal crunches, then crunches with ur legs straight, then crunches to each side, and then normal crunches again. then go on a bycycle machine and try to focus on ur abs

you're ignoring the lower abs

upper abs are easy, do cardio, some side-situps with weights, crunches and eat protein. eat healthy

lower abs- good luck on that
