Default Need Advice! FAST!

Guys, my club tryouts start in 9 days!

I just came out of a foot injury, so I am pretty out of shape and shooting like 20% less!!

How should I prepare myself for this tryouts? Need good advice!

9 days isn't a lot of time. Looks like you have to become a gym rat. Start out shooting close then slowly move further until you're shooting threes. if you wanna train for stamina, don't hop onto the treadmill. do full court layups (sprinint/jogging). that trains your stamina and dribbling and lay ups, maybe you can even do a pull up jumper once in a while. if you wanna lift weights, you can but i would recommend practicing on your games more than the weights but if you have the time do some weights.

btw: become a gym rat, fo' real..
and try to shoot a lot, and become in conditioning to the tryouts

shoot alot in the up coming days, i had your same problem once but i jsut came out of an injury were i popped my rib out. shoot alot if you were a good shooter before and have good technique it should come back pretty quick. sprints will get your stamina up a bit but in such a short time its hard to improve. make sure though you dont burn out cause of training otherwise your screwed but still do alot.

work on your shot man. do the full court layup thing, that will help your stamina and add jump shots to the routine. the layups should help your shot, after seeing a few layups go in, your confidence should start rising and feel more comfortable with your jumper

shooting from different ranges can be a good idea, for explosion - 20 or 30 sec sprints
Shots - Practice Js and technique, Layups - full court layups or w.e.
